Version 2.6 was released September 01, 2007 and is the current stable version.

Packages/ports
GLFW is already present in several package/port repositories. If you are using Ubuntu, Debian GNU/Linux, FreeBSD or Gentoo Linux, then you can install GLFW the same way you install any other package/port included in your distribution.
Source archive
This archive contain:
- Complete source code for the GLFW library, including code for all the supported platforms.

- Makefiles for a plethora of different compilers and systems.
- Project files for Microsoft™ Visual C++ 2005
- Bindings and examples for Delphi, Visual Basic, Lua, D and MASM32.

- The Reference Manual (PDF).

This archive contains:
- The GLFW header file.
- Link library files for Microsoft™ Visual C++ 2005, MinGW and Cygwin.
- The GLFW DLL built with each of the above environments.
- The Users Guide (PDF).
- The Reference Manual (PDF).

Subversion repository
The latest version of the source code is always available in our Subversion repository.
Note that the Subversion version may or may not be usable, depending on when you do the checkout. If you wish to know more about the development version, please contact the developers.
